A seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in software support and implementation within the radio broadcasting industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a GNIIT Diploma from NIIT, and an Advanced Diploma in Web and E-Commerce Technology from STG. He has extensive expertise in after-sales support for radio automation software and has worked with leading broadcasters such as Hello FM, Radio Mango, EFM, Radio Gupshup, and Radio Orange, among others.
As a BE-certified support specialist for AudioVault, he has contributed to numerous turnkey projects, delivering robust automation solutions for FM, Internet, and Community Radio Stations (CRS). In addition to his technical acumen in studio automation systems, he also provides comprehensive training in radio automation software both in India and internationally.
His skill set is further enhanced by his proficiency in web development—he is an accomplished web designer and developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining modern, user-focused websites.
