Task Manager System

The Task Manager System is a robust, real-time platform designed to streamline and monitor the daily task performance of station engineers. It features both Admin and User access levels to ensure role-based control. As soon as a task is entered into the system by an engineer, it is instantly reflected on the Admin dashboard, providing up-to-the-minute visibility. The system also generates auto email notifications when new tickets are created, ensuring prompt action. The intuitive dashboard categorizes tasks based on their status—Pending, Completed, Under Process, Approval Pending, and On-Hold—helping users and administrators quickly assess workload and progress.

The platform offers advanced filtering options, allowing users to sort tasks by start and end dates, city, engineer name, or task status. Engineers can transfer tasks to other engineers and have the ability to upload or download task-related documents. Admin users can export task reports in Excel format and share them with management via email. By default, the dashboard highlights pending tasks while displaying the status count for all categories. Each user is restricted to viewing or generating tickets only for their assigned city or station. All tasks are securely stored in a centralized database server, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across locations.
