Zee TV DTH Project (Compression) (Phase
I and II)
Zee TV selected Scopus to provide the compression chain for
their DTH project. Scopus has provided H/W for the compression
system and did the integration with CAS and the existing automation
system. Zee TV has recently placed an order which will double
the channel capacity provided by DISHTV to the subscriber.
Zee TV has also placed an order on Encoda System to upgrade
their automation system. The old system (Version 2) was replaced
with new system (Version 3). New server was introduced for caching
the capacity of channels through automation. Technomedia being
the authorized agency for Encoda did the upgradation.
CICADA 1+1 Project
CICADA has placed an order on Scopus to provide the 1+1 compression
system to uplink one channel from their Delhi facility. Technomedia
being authorized partner for Scopus will do the installation. |
